I used orange torque seal to mark the many bolts on the landing gear boxes and the cross braces. Then I marked out the area I wanted to remove on the F-866B-1 bulkhead to allow me future access to the back of the instrument panel. I drilled holes for the K1100-06 platenuts and number 6 flush head screws. I used pneumatic snippers to remove the material in the bulkhead then cleaned up the edges with a file and grinder mounted ScotchBright wheel.
