Brief Description: Fabricated T-405 and T-410 bracket / plate.
I spent the day fabricating both the left and right hand T-405 tank attach brackets. I drilled the left T-405 and the left hand T-410 reinforcing plate to accept rivets and the fitting for the flop tube. When marking the locations for the rivet holes, don't forget to leave room for the nut to turn onto the AN fitting and to make some grooves that allow you access to set the rib to tank skin rivets. I didn't bother with the tooling hole in the nose end of the rib as it will be sealed when it is covered with sealant and sandwiched between the angle and the plate. (It was not indicated on the plan 16-A to set a rivet there).
