Brief Description: Canopy to frame bonding - Part 3.
I finally got to the stage where I could bond the frame to the canopy. I followed the Sika instructions exactly; I applied the Cleaner 205 to both bonding surfaces (and waited 15 minutes) then applied the Primer 209N to both surfaces (and waited 30 minutes). I applied U295 from the bottom of the assembly between the spacers and then again from the top. I used a wet finger to smooth this initial fillet. I will wait until tomorrow to remove the spacers and fill in the gaps.
