Brief Description: Flap installation and rigging - Part 4.
I decided to do away with the aftermarket hex push rods and fabricated the Van’s stock pushrods. I just couldn’t get the right hand hex rod to clear the side of the fuselage with adequate margin. Then I re-installed the flaps and adjusted the pushrod length to allow for full flap travel. I also secured a level to the top of the rear control stick for easy centering.
