Christmas eve. Got up early, still excited about this project. Debured rear spar. Cleaned up front spar doubler. Mocked up the angle brackets and drilled holes in brackets. Mounted brackets to front spar and drilled. I tried to be as accurate as I could, the plans indicated the pilot holes were critical. After I was done I had about .015 difference in the height. I hope I will be able to shim later when the stabilizer gets mounted. Debured all the nose and main ribs.
Went to Harbor Freight and bought a small drillpress and a belt sander with a disc sander on the side. Necessary tools for fabricating the small stuff.
