More landing light work. Cut the back plate to shorten it and mount the piece cut back onto the back plate. It comes about an inch too long so it seem like a big deal to cut accurately but in the end it does'nt matter. Cleaned up all of the other pieces, retainers and light bucket bracket. Read directions again. And one more time just to make sure I understand what to do. Cut lens. I used the scotchbright wheel with good results. It takes a good amount of material off and if you keep moving the plastic won't get too hot. Anyway, it came out pretty close to the shape in the directions.
