The cabin door is by far the most difficult assembly to get to fit on this whole airplane. I probably have 50 to 100 hours total in assembly of the skin, window, frame, etc. And it still doesn' t fit well. I've already cut pie cuts in the stiffener and bolted the door in place, then reinforced the cuts. Then I sent it to Brad Simmons for body work and priming the inside, to no real avail. Very difficult and frustrating.
