Sanded the micro on the trim tab and elevator today, fitting the travel of the trim tab in the process. The tab travels throughout its range with no problem, but the clearance in a couple of places is small enough so that I expect there will be issues when paint is applied. I'll leave it till then.
Also I bonded the fairing to the servo cover with Hysol, and after cure will micro all smooth.
