Discussed the final assembly process with regard to the wings. The plan is to build the landing lights, Nav lights, and Strobes into the wings run wires to the panel switches. Will do the same for the Fuel Level sensors. We didin't discuss it but we'll have the same issue with regard to the AOA and Pitot tube lines. So we'll connect everything up and test it out as installed on the airplane leaving ample service loops at the wing root.
When we remove the wings for transport we will cut and secure the wires halfway of the service loop. Upon reassembly we will use weather proof butt spices to reconnect.
Also gave some thought to where I'll complete the final assembly. Here are the current thougths:
1. Approach N1969T partners to take over HEG hanger and move Cherokee to bulk hangar. 2. Rent hangar at Craig 3. Rent Hangar at Palatka 4. Haller
