Brief Description: Pilot Door

Busy day. I began by forming the angles that hold the Lexan in place. After drilling them on the drill press, I then cut out the Lexan to shape. I fit it in place, and then drilled the angles to the door. Again, I used a 3M product to seal the Lexan in place. It works ok, but doesn't flow at all. Next, I installed the Vista Vent as on the Passenger Door. Finally, I drilled the hinges in place, installed the door, and final drilled them to the door. I'll remove them tomorrow, prime and final rivet. Now, I need to make some decisions on the door latch.
