Today, I dissasembled the pilot door, deburred and primed the applicable parts. I also roughed up the stiffeners that would be prosealed on the belt sander. I then prosealed and riveted the assembly back together, and set it aside to dry. I also continued filing a bit on the passenger door frame for the delrin to slide smoothly.
