Today, I filddled with the length of the aileron torque tubes, messed with the digitrak servo attachment, and then began work on the elevator controls. I had never gone back and completely installed the correct bolts etc. Ref the aileron torque tubes, the aft fork at the wing root where they attach was powder coated and I couldn't get the 1/4 inch bolt through the hole. There was no room to ream it out, so I had to drill a slightly larger hole in the fuselage wing root and reach through with a reamer.
