Today, I continued work on the flaps and realized I had to drill/ream a 9/16 inch hole in each horn. Ugh -- I didn't have the right tool, but a friend had an adjustable reamer that I borrowed. I worked on the flaps until I realized I didn't have enough of the right tube (2 inch with .039 wall) so off to the computer to order a foot of the tube. So I turned my attention to the tail, and worked to run the trim wire through the tail cone, and then rivet the upper tail wrap in place. See Photo 1. I also cut an access hole in the top to inspect/work on the elevator pulley's.
