Today, I made two rudder cable fairings and also attached two RG-1 cable guides on the inside of the tail cone. They are just before the cable comes through the slot. I countersunk these so the cable fairing would fit flush over them. This way, the cable has no chance of rubbing against the edges. The cable fairings are made from .-25 material and are simply bent on a brake. Three bends provide the arch and then two rivet flanges.
