Today, I painted the aileron control tubes from yesterday, and then began to position the flap control tube in order to cut the slot in the ceiling. Previously, I had measured carefully and drilled a pilot hole for the control tube on each outer fuselage wall. Today, I drilled them out to 2 1/2 inches and then temporarily installed the end caps. More tomorrow.
