Today, I worked for 2-3 hours to get the slider block to move freely through the two channel pieces. File a little bit -- check. Then file some more. I don't understand why they can't do a better job of machining pieces like this. Finally, I was able to complete the two aileron cables and nicopressed them to the turnbuckles attached to the slider assembly. All in all, good progress.
