Today, the Super Rebel grew a nose! We worked on the forward shear webs and the surrounding structure that formed the lower engine mount attach points. We found the dimensions in the plans to not be quite what the actual engine mount was, so we adjusted as appropriate. We then worked on the side walls, including a doubler that went on top of the side wall. The hardest part was drilling the stainless steel for the lower engine mounts. In the end, we were very happy with how it turned out.
