Visual Progress. Today, I reamed the wing mounts on the carrythrough and the attached gussets to 1/2 inch. Then, I drilled the gussets in place, and then attached/drilled the front post assemblies. I had to cut a slot in the outer skin of the post assembly to clear the gusset. I also had to cut a small slot on the lower part of the outboard aft post assembly to clear another gusset. The 2nd photo shows the assembly clamped in place. In addition, I fitted the R-BULK crosspieces to the aft assembly, the upper cross pieces shown in photo two. They will still need more trimming and fitting. Note, the area between the front post assermbly and the rear assembly is where the large entry door fits.
