Today, I worked to match drill the sills. I used cargo straps to tighten the sills in place and then a 12 inch drill to reach the tabs from the inside. You drill from the top down. I raised the two side walls up higher to hold stations 5-8 in their correct vertical position. In addition, I found I needed to remove the sill and temporarily cleco the float attach fittings in place before drilling stations 7-8. Otherwise, they may twist a bit and the float fittings may not fit afterwards. I still have four more carrythrough end caps to drill. the two at Station 8 will be very difficult, as those are the two where the flanges face the same direction, and there is little clearance to reach the tabs on station 8.
