Today, I bounced around a bit more. I made an additional cut on the wing tip to relax the aft tip a bit more. While the resin was drying, I made another attempt at a landing light lens -- making this one a bit more oversize so I could have more options when trimming. I also kept the oven a bit cooler -- used 225 degrees and watched it until it curled completely down. I then held the plexiglass down with a pair of cotton gloves until it cooled. Finally, I marked and drilled the aileron horn on the torque tube in place. I used cleco's as I'm waiting on a shipment of stainless steel rivets to arrive.
