Today, I did some clean up, and then began installing the access covers on the lower part of the wing. There are four small ones on the left wing, three large ones and an oblong one for the roll servo. I match drilled the covers then drilled the wing skin holes out to #12. I installed a keyed rivnut in each hole with a bit of proseal. I then dimpled the cover plate to go over the protruding rivnut heads with a special die my friend Charlie Eubanks made for me. I got them all complete except one large one. Tomorrow, I'll install the resistance fuel sender.
