Brief Description: Rib Assembly

Today, I realized I had installed the incorrect avex rivet for the rib assembly to the main spar. The SR manual didn't call out the specific rivet, so I used RV-1631. In researching the Moose manual, it called for RV-1621 (1/2 max grip length), except for the spar caps, then 1631s. So this morning, I drilled the heads off, pushed them through with a small punch, and re-riveted. I had no problem with holes enlargening etc. Then, I completed assembly of three more rib sets I had primed yesterday. When complete, I began work on the root rib, specifically the nose rib and the area for the delrin bearing (flight controls). I installed four anchor nuts for the Delrin Bearing in the nose rib, then sanded the hole smooth with a drum sander until the bearing just fit nice and tight.
