Today I worked to install the ribs. I completed the main rib installation, then began adding the nose ribs. The first problem was to make sure they all lined up with the edge of the main spar. I used a shim and two clamps to make sure they were all in the same position. The only other problem I had was getting a tight fit on two of the main ribs where they had to be cut around the center channel. Nose rib installation is simple, just add the correct number of shims and put back on. I only had 25 3/32 long cleco's, so will have to drill a few out for 1/8 before adding the others. Tomorrow, I'll begin to drill out the rib attach holes to the final #11 size.
