Today I worked on doublers for the aerliron and flap attach points for both rear wing spars, left and right. The first pictures show the 1 3/4" cutout for the control tubes. The last picture shows the smaller douber at the # 2 attach point. The second is mated with proseal as half of it will be in the fuel bay.
Next, I began work on the spar extensions. Here there is a problem. You are to lay the extensions (similar to the doublers) on the spar and then match drill. However, they overlap the #3 doubler and you can't get an accurate fit. In the future, I would make the #3 doubler but not install it until after I measured and match drilled the wing extensions.
