Today, I began work on the rear spars, both right and left simultaneously. I cut the doublers, smoothed the edges, and then match drilled and layed out additional holes on the root end doublers. I found the plans lacking here -- just drill like the picture, with no measurements etc. Then, I match drilled the rear spar attach fittings, including reaming the outer holes for an AN-6 bolt per the plans. I did this on the drill press.
Next step is to ream 3/16 holes in the rear spar attach fittings, but I need to find a 3/16 inch reamer first thing in the morning.
