Today I completed the Left Main Spar Extension. Rather than lay it out like the Right One already completed, I match drilled the holes on the Main Spar per the instructions, then cleco'd it to the Right Main Spar Extension and used it to match drill the holes in the Left Extension. Finally, I put it in the drill press and used my Sears Circle Cutter to drill the 4", 5" and 6" lightening holes. Then, I reassembled the left Main Spar and marked it for final drilling. I'll complete it tomorrow. Then, clean, debur, prime and rivet.
