Wow, this took much longer than I planned. Today, I finished drilled several of the holes, then disassembled, scuffed for priming, deburred, etc. In addition, I used a metal shrinker to straighten two of the ribs. Then, I reassembled, epoxied the mating surfaces, and riveted.
The frustrating issue, the plans again call for the incorrect bolt size on the fin/rudder hinges. I'll need to order some more.
