Brief Description:  Attach Elevator Skin to Ribs and drilled to final

Wow -- drilled all day. Per the manual, I attached the skin and drilled #40 for the ribs, then leveled and drilled the spar. I flipped it over, repeated, then back drilled everything to #30. I still have a few more to go.

Technique tip. Rather than use a ruler to measure the distance between the level and the trailing edge, I made a notched block that sat on the trailing edge and the level sat on top. First, I leveled the entire assembly, then used my level and block to check/tweak everything.

Problem: The trailing edge of the skin had a slight curl up. See Image 3. I believe this was because the skin was bent slightly off center at the trailing edge at the factory. I assume the holes are drilled in a flat sheet then the sheet is bent. It's ok, as it is evenly curled all the way across the trailing edge.
