Today, my wife helped me assemble a paint booth. We built it out of 2" PVC and plastic. I built an "L" shaped wall and simply taped plastic to the other wall. I use a hollow core door wedged under the garage door, and on one end I put my barrel fan. I crack a window in the back of the shop for ventilation. We did not put a roof on the booth. The primary goal was to keep overspray out of the shop. I also used plastic on the floor and put 1/4" OSB on the floor around the wing. Air hoses move easier on wood than plastic.
I then spent some time prepping the wing for the paint tomorrow morning.
