I spent today trimming and sanding on the cowl. The areas around the nose are rough, as the original cowl came with some really thin fiberglass that cracked and chipped in that area. It needed some repair. I then turned my focus to the Vans Air Box. I put the cowl back on and it doesn't appear I'll have to trim the airbox at all for a fit. More on that tomorrow.
