Today, I added the brackets to the lower cowl, just a few remaining on the co-pilots side. I also worked to drill the holes for the grommets on the upper firewall. To do this, I used a light to see the hole, and where possible, I used one of the cleco brackets taped to the underside and drilled a pilot hole through the center to correctly center the hole. Then I used a unibit to drill them out to 15/32. Ugh -- a real itchy day!
