Today I re-considered my plan. I decided to split it in two parts, with a union at the top of the Station 5,6 bulkhead. See Image 2. I also used a piece of 1/2 inch PEX tubing (inner diameter) to serve as a guide througnh the #5 bulkhead and the bottom of the root rib. I'll probably add some epoxy around the edges to insure it remains in place. I found it easier than wierd shaped grommets as I drilled the holes at 45 degrees. Image 1 shows where I will tee the left and right sides to move forward in the left under compartment. I intend to put a gascolator just forward of the #5 carrythrough. Will need to decide how to mount and provide access. Now, I'm waiting on $70 worth of AN Fuel fittings from ACS to complete the job.
