Today, I made the rudder stops and measured the travel. I had exactly what I needed plus 1/2 inch left for spacing. I had everything lined up perfectly and drilled the holes to make the curved portion onto the small L shaped bracket. But, I accidentally turned the curved portion 90 degrees to the bracket when I drilled them out. UGH -- so, I had to do a bit of sanding to match the edges. In the end, they turned out really nice. I cut out the packers and drilled the stops in the correct place on the fuselage.
