Today, I cut out the engine control subpanel and mounted it under the main panel. I made it out of .063 6061 T6. It has a 1/4 inch radius at the bend. I also made a final decision to use McFarlane controls and drilled the holes to match the McFarlane cutout requirements. The four holes in order will be: Carb Heat, Throttle, Mixture, and Prop. The last three will be the new push/pull vernier hybrid controls made by McFarlane. Cabin heat will go on the main panel.
