Today, I got the two brackets back from my Powder Coater -- and was able to put the wheels on. There must be an easier way than to diassemble the hubs -- but it was the only way I was easily able to get them on. When I put the tires on and inflated them, I realized I was only 1/2 inch off of the floor -- so I lifted each wheel and put a 2x4 under them, then my daugter lifted the tail while I moved the tables out of the way. Now, I need to do a bit of rearranging in the shop.
