A 2" strip of .025" T3 is cut from stock. Don't have a shear so it was done with pneumatic scissors and a grinder. One inch intervals are marked down the centerline of the strip. Slightly off the centerline I made a series of prick punches and drilled a 3/16" hole on each mark. Then I took a bevel square and marked of the tabs with a sharpie. To finish I cut out the tabs.This strip is 48" long and will be used on the upper part of the rear panel to attach the cowling.
