1/8" 4130 plate was patterned and cut to plans dimensions. As one can see in Image 3, there will be some enlarging of the two bracketts in order to fit over the longerons and cross members. Instead of being round holes they ended up being oblong. I made at least two sets of these bracketts before I found the proper shape for the hole.
