Built 2 new elevator hinge gussets to correct error in original installation. I had set the hinge gussets flush with the bottom rather than the top, so I fabbed 2 new gussets and set them correctly. Had to make a new elevator center hinge bracket as well to raise the hole 5 mm. Installed "up" elevator travel stops. Reworked elevator control cables for proper length by building a new bridle for the lower elevator control. Built & installed the brackets for the rudder top hinge.
