Trimmed the edges of HS810-1 to the specs in the plans using the scotchbrite wheel. Edge distance on the last hole is where this could go wrong. There's not much play to begin with. All worked out though and the 1/4" distance is good. Will do the other doubler, HS814-1 tomorrow.
