Brief Description: Aileron adjustments and hinge mounting
When mounted, the leading edges of both ailerons were too close to the rear flying wire attach plates so I needed to add 1/8" ply to the inside aileron spar. This gave me sufficient room to allow for fabric and paint on the aileron and enough clearance.
Used a drill guide to drill the 1/4" holes for the hinge bases through the rear spar. worked very well.
