In addition to the instructions for the forward floor before unclecoing all parts I clecod the F-867C-1 angle to the F-802K-1 LG Fwd Crossmember (middle step of RV-8 Cooling Air Ramp Assembly) and final drilled #30.
Also after priming the instructions call you to rivet the nutplates to the 802 K & L cross members then machine countersink #40 to accept a #6 screw. This is to use the nutplate to hold the countersink pilot to stop chatter.
However, I decided to use the same method as when countersinking the wing spars using the angle tool and did this BEFORE priming. (Please read all 4 entries on the subject)
