Brief Description: Right Fuel Tank Leak Test 1 & 2
Leak Test 1 - Failed
* One major leak on outboard end rib at a flute point * One minor leak at inboard end rib flute
Upon advice from my inspector pulled a vacuum with vac cleaner placed in the tank filler hole (drain line open). Applied proseal whilst controlling vacuum with hand CAREFULLY around tank filler - watch skin to ensure not too much stress on tank.
Leak Test 2 - Failed
* One very minor leak at top/aft rivet of Rib C (see photo)
Applied proseal thinned with MEK with vacuum applied then placed magic tape over rivet and pressed down, again whilst vacuum applied.
I believe that this will be the final leak as placing finger over rivet showed steady manometer level and no other leak detected with bubble wash
