No major problems encountered that OOPS rivets couldn't cure (NAS rivets with 3/32" head but 1/8" body). The homemade jig was perfect for rivetting YOU DON'T need to build the wing jig shown in the Orndorff videos. The most useful tool I found was the Avery 1022 Pop Rivet 3/32" dimpler and I'll add this to the useful tool section later. It was VERY satisfying to look up at the ceiling and see part of the project ready for inspection (the straps are ratchet tie downs from Wilkinsons - £2.99 each).
