I had a slight issue with a dual oil pressure sender and as my test pilot rightly pointed out that with that sender my back up engine monitor was not truly independent so I fitted two oil P senders. I tied testing them with a cowling on engine run and checking the P-Mag self power test (left cut at 750 RPM and the right at 820 so good). All appeared fine on the test so ........
After 5 years and 5 months of an incredible journey my aluminium mistress is finally ready to be unleashed. All I need now is some paperwork to say she's cleared to go and some good weather to arrive in time for my test pilot's availability window next week. Wish me luck - well my test pilot Andy really!
