I have the Infinity stick grip in the front but could not justify one for the back so I bought the G303 which has pitch trim and PTT.
The trim is routed through a switch on the LHS console marked PITCH TRIM - FRONT/OFF/ REAR so I can a) disable it and b) switch OFF in the event of a trim runaway.
The instructions were fine though the first thing I did after triming the stick was to tape the spacers on the stick then:
1) Drill #43 through spacer into stick 2) Tap 4-40 3) Screw in supplied screw 4) Repeat for other three screws.
Post note. PROBLEM the stick hit the front seat back before the control stop! So I orrdered the simple Ray Allen G101. Its quite short but no one to date has had an issue flying it from the rear after 3 years/350 hrs
