I plan to bond the windscreen in the same manner as the canopy with Sikaflex.
Trimmed the windscreen with 1/8" spacers fitted to roll bar (see second photo) using cut off wheel and sanding.
Taped windscreen to roll bar and closed canopy to check for clearance.
Marked round windscreen on top skin and applied thin electrical tape, then masked outboard and applied two coats of matt black fo prevent reflections on the coaming.
