I am installing the Flightcom 403 intercom and initially the thought of wiring in situ left me a lttle cold as the space is a bit tight.
So I decided to make a jig that has holes the same spacing as on the aircraft. I plan to make up a harness for each seat on the bench and then install.
The instructions call for soldering to the connectors but I am going to try fastons/minature fastons if possible as I believe that crimping is more robust.
