As you can see after my first prime there were quite a few holes. Mick, my painter, said to sand right back to the cowl to get rid of the high points.
The sanding created a lot of dust so I sanded wet which appeared to be much better. However, once I dried off cowl there were still lots of high points; the problem was the water was masking these so dry sanding it had to be.
This competes for deburring as the least enjoyable part of the build :-(
