Brief Description: FAB 2 - Alternator Interference
Everyone seems to have to do some snorkel surgery.
Fortunately I got a good fit to the baflles but there was interference with the alterantor. Odd because it is the Plane Power one that Van's supplies in all FWF kits now!
Removed the offending area and then applied a thick shield of duct tape and finally packing tape on the alternator and applied glass on the inside of the snorkel and secured in position to cure.
To prevent ingestion of FOD to the servo I made an acetate shield to cover the snorkel mount
