I will probably line the box with some foam to prevent the bottle/glasses moving around in turbulence. Post note 2013 foam not required to date
I had spare CS4-4 rivets left over from deciding to screw my wing tips on so apart from the hinge rivets the rest are pop rivets - far easier than bucking.
Poste Note 2013 The map box has proved to be a great asset for storing the glasses/water bottlle/ fuse list and other nick nacks. Highly recommended.
